Usability testing of transaction platform
We were commissioned by one of the Polish banks to perform comprehensive usability research into the new e-banking transaction system to be used soon by individual customers and small and medium-sized enterprises. We have conducted several focus groups and in-depth interviews as well as other expert research. Within this project the customer received a report encompassing the identification of problematic issues and modification tips concerning skins, element placement, navigation manner, functions terminology and the as logic of individual windows.
