Usability testing for bank transaction system

We were commissioned by one of the Polish banks to perform a comprehensive usability research of the new e-banking transaction system, which is to be used soon by individual customers and small and medium-sized enterprises. We have examined several focus groups and we have carried out in-depth interviews and other expert research.
