We conduct usability tests which help us to improve the ergonomics and intuitive character of the user interface in web and business applications.

 

Usability tests are conducted on groups of possible users in order to find out how they manage to operate the specific application. To achieve this goal, we monitor their actions, while they are carrying out given tasks. We use the following tools in the process: a camera, a one-way mirror, special software for recording users’ actions.

The final goal of the usability tests is to increase the subjective comfort of work with the tool as perceived by the users, as well as to lower the number of requests for the help-desk service or end user training.
