SMT Software opens its first branch in Western Europe

SMT Software S.A. Management Board decided to open a new branch in the Netherlands, named „SMT Software Nederland B.V.”. Its main goal is to increase the sales volume of SMT Software products and services on the Dutch market.

The Netherlands is one of the most important and biggest IT services market in Europe. SMT Software Nederland B.V. was registered on 28th July 2010 and it has exclusivity for selling SMT Software S.A. services in the Netherlands. 40% of the new company shares belong to SMT Software S.A., while the remaining 60% are property of Chanda B.V., a company from the Netherlands. Rien Zwaan and Stijn Henselmans, owners of Chanda B.V. will intensively cooperate with the Polish branches of SMT Software S.A. as far as acquisition of Dutch customers is concerned.

Success of this enterprise is mainly based on the knowledge of our Dutch partners – owners of Chanda B.V., with many years of experience in selling IT services on the markets of Western Europe and the USA.”.

Foreign expansion of SMT Software S.A. is a next step on the path of company’s intensive development. Within the last year the company opened 2 more branches in Poland (at present, there are 5), acquired very good financial results in 2009, when the result for the 4th quarter exceeded the amount attained during the first 3 quarters. In April 2010 SMT Software had its debut on the NewConnect stock market and thus became a public company. Its net income for the first quarter of 2010 amounts to PLN 2.822.744,26 and in comparison with the respective quarter of 2009, it is an increase by over a million. At present, the Board at SMT Software announced that the quarterly results will be published on 3rd August 2010.
