iAlbatros S.A., a subsidiary company of SMT Software, established a twin iAlbatros company in the French market. To what purpose? To find significant partners in the Business Travel industry and increase the service sales volume in Western Europe.

SMT Software, an IT company listed on the NewConnect Stock market, announced that its subsidiary company iAlbatros S.A. established a twin company with the same name. 100% shares in the new French entity is held by iAlbatros S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw, Poland. New French enterprise will be managed by Moncef Khanfir, holder of 49% shares in the Polish iAlbatros. The remaining 51% of iAlbatros S.A. shares is held by SMT Software.
iAlbatros is classified as HBA (Hotel Booking Agency) entity. However its offer includes much more than just a hotel booking system. It is a comprehensive outsourcing service for business travel policy, planning and settlement management, designed for corporations. It is a technologically, functionally and ergonomically advanced IT platform available in the increasingly popular Cloud Computing, in the SaaS model (Software as a Service).

„At present iAlbatros focuses its actions on the French, U.K. and Polish hotel markets.
