SATIS in a Swiss alert center

Euro-helpline AG – a private alert center in Switzerland will use software based on the SATIS tracking and GPS monitoring system, created by SMT Software.

SMT Software, as a subcontractor of CProjekt GmbH, will provide software for the private alert center in Switzerland. The Euro-helpline AG offers comprehensive support for the customers who travel with their cars. The functionality of the SATIS system will allow the alert center to improve quality of the services provided by the inner customer service department.

The consultants of the alert center will have a CRM (customer relations management) system at their disposal, integrated with the SATIS application which will allow them to instantly identify the customers and define their current location. The consultants will inform the customers of the closest car garages, service points, possible solutions for their problem or direct them to the nearest restaurant or hotel.

SMT Software plans to conclude the work on software adjustments for the Euro-helpline at the break of September 2010. The application will be available for the customers through a subscription. At present, the concluded agreement will be in valid for 12 months.

In the previous week, the company announced that it won a tender for implementation of marketing campaigns supporting software for DS Networks. The software will be based on the SATIS system modules. The cost of this solution will exceed PLN 300,000.00, net.

The SATIS system, introduced on the Polish market at the beginning of this year, is an IT solution for tracking, GPS monitoring, vehicle fleet management as well as supporting processes connected with transport, logistics, distribution and field work.
