CRM Solution – SalesForce

SMT Software is the second authorised partner of the SalesForce company on the Polish market.
Services provided by the SalesForce company, a market leader in CRM solutions, have recently become available on the Polish market.
The majority of companies reaching a certain level of development notices a need for better organisation of their inter-branch contacts, reduction of time devoted to operational and administration activities, and, first and foremost improved performance in sales activities, achieved by an effective strategy for development of relationships with customers.
Solving such problems is included in the system of relationship management called CRM - Customer Relations Management.
What does CRM mean to us?
The cost of purchasing and implementing a conventional system of the CRM type usually depends on the scale and complexity of the project. Generally, the cost of such investments varies within the range of a few hundred to a few million PLN. However, are high costs necessary? Does each investment in IT tools have to entail a single big expenditure? Do we have to choose a system which imposes on us the need to invest in IT infrastructure? Do we have to choose a solution of which availability is limited to the company HQ?
CRM SalesForce is an example of a solution, the implementation of which allows us to give a negative answer to all the above questions.
How does the SalesForce package differ from standard CRM solutions?
The SalesForce solution departs from the traditional CRM model based on the application of software installed on the customer company’s hardware. The model proposed by SalesForce consists of replacing the sale of a product, that is, CRM software, by a service in the form of access to software installed in SalesForce servers. All applications and gathered data are made available to the customer via the Internet as a provided service. According to this idea, in order to efficiently manage the company’s data, the CRM user does not have to buy either software or servers; it is enough to have access to the Internet in some form (desktop computer, laptop, palmtop, mobile phone). In such a case, the customer only bears the cost of monthly access to software provided by the Internet.
Over 55,400 customers have used the services of the SalesForce platform (among other: Toyota Motor Europe, Yamaha Corporation of America, DELL, and many others). It includes over 800 applications in 16 languages.
