Creation of a new subsidiary company MobiCare S.A.

The Management Board at SMT Software announces creation of a new subsidiary entity MobiCare S.A. headquartered in Warsaw, Poland. New company will provide telemonitoring and medical telecare services.

SMT Software S.A. owns 55% of the voting stock in the subsidiary, the remaining stock is owned by:

• Marek Kubicki – 21%
• Daniel Kaczmarek – 14%
• Krystian Niczpan – 10%

MobiCare S.A. provides telemonitoring and medical telecare services on the basis of software for personal GPS monitoring devices, mobile phones and dedicated call center. The company services are meant for seniors and their families who care for their relatives security.

Share capital of the company amounts to PLN 250 000,00.
