The planned debut and completed a private offer of shares of series C

We are pleased to announce that SMT Software has completed a private offer of shares of series C, which gained more than 1 million PLN and plans to debut on the NewConnect at the breakthrough of the first and second quarter of this year. Obtained from the issue profits, SMT Software plans to allocate on development of services related to monitoring and location of vehicles and persons, an increase of competence in the area of the Google Android and Nokia Maemo, an increase of the production potential for the creation of dedicated applications, and on the construction of division that offers GIS implementation in public administration.
