PeTS system is a service for small and medium-sized enterprises that operate in project mode. The tool requires internal reporting in a company. It allows recording of data about the progress of a project and serves as a support for project managers by monitoring the work in progress and conducting financial analyses of the project.
The functional scope includes:
- recording of the project's status information, schedules, milestones, project documents,
- management of the task lists for individual team members,
- analysis of the interrelation between project tasks,
- recording of the capital assets used in the course of the project's workings,
- monitoring of the use of software licence,
- workflow mode for management of the documentation circulation in the project,
- reporting of the working time used by the project team members allocated by projects,
- registering of the remaining project costs (material purchase, subcontracting, outsourced services) - based on accounting documents,
- issuing and recording of revenue invoices for projects, in combination with payment monitoring,
- arranging business trips,
- collating reports on profit and loss and the status of individual projects,
- recording of leaves of absence and overtime of the project team members,
- working-time planning of the project teams,
- settlement of project bonuses with project team members (taking the mechanism of commission-based prepayments into account) and of pre-sale bonuses,
- databases of business partners contact details.
The system was built as a browser application w ASP.NET technology with the use of SQL Server 2005 relational database.
