iAlbatros spreads wings

 iAlbatros S.A., a subsidiary company of SMT Software, attracted new investors and launched a new website www.ialbatros.com

On 31st May 2011 the Management Board at SMT Software S.A. concluded an investment agreement which concerns the increase of iAlbatros S.A. share capital by PLN 70.000 through the issue of 140.000 new shares of nominal value PLN 0,50 per share.
The target share capital of iAlbatros S.A. shall amount to PLN 170.000 with 340.000 newly issued shares of nominal value PLN 0,50 per share. SMT Software S.A. will hold 51,18% of iAlbatros S.A. shares and votes after the share capital increase.

The resources obtained with the issue of the new shares shall be used for the development of the IT system for hotel booking management designed for business customers and to promote the new brand on the French and Polish markets.

iAlbatros S.A. core business activity is to provide hotel booking services to business customers. The IT system which serves as the basis for the new company’s business activity, was developed with the use of SMT Software specialists’ skills and experience in designing and developing similar systems as well as the experience and substantial know & how of Moncef Khanfir.
