• Onsite Model - SMT specialists are seconded for work in the customer's office.

• Offsite Model/Offshore - SMT employees are located at the SMT office and cooperatewith Customer on a remote basis.

SMT has developed a mixed model called BestShoring, which combines advantages of Onsite and Offsite models

SMT place great emphasis on an effective communication with the customer using this model. It is operated by delegating one person work with the customer as Project Manager responsible for analysis, collecting of requirements and coordinating the work of our specialists. The Project Manager also serves as a messenger who makes communication more effective as well as removes all the obstacles encountered.
We achieve similar results by delegating key team members to temporal work with the customer. Mostly it takes several weeks, which enables our specialists to acquire the knowledge necessary for future effective cooperation. Due to such an approach starting stage and knowledge-transfer stage takes place significantly faster.
