SMT Software has had its debut on NewConnect today

SMT Software has had its debut on NewConnect today. The opening price of company’s shares has increased by 12,04% up to PLN 3,07. 3.000.000 series B shares and subscription rights to 369.577 series C shares have been floated.

SMT Software has conducted a private placement offer. Thanks to this offer the company has raised PLN 1,01 mln PLN. Non-public offering of shares was closed on 2010 Feb 26th.
