Outsourcing IT

We appreciate the value of long-term business relations, which will be achieved by means of long-term reliance and then fostered with diligence. Therefore, we offer our clients outsourcing services that can be described as the following process:
 
  • We often start our cooperation from the basic option: hiring our employees, so called body leasing. Our specialists are seconded to your company and they supplement your project teams. They can work either in your office or remotely at one of our offices under your direct supervision.
  • Gradually the realization of projects can be handed over to our project teams and will be supervised by your Project Manager. Either locally or remotely.
  • In the next stage you can entrust all the duties related to administration and management of the project to our team. Our project manager will frequently inform you about the progress of the project. At this stage, in order to lower the costs of the whole process, we suggest transferring our working team to one of SMT Software's offices in Poland if you haven’t done so already. 
  • In the last stage you can charge us with the responsibilities connected with the Quality procedures. Thus, not only do we take the responsibility for the development of a certain software package but also the responsibilities concerning its implementation and servicing. In this stage we are eager to participate in pre-selling procedures, in which the prototypes should be prepared and the potential technological solutions should be tested and agreed.
 
Please note that the option in which you provide us with more and more responsible tasks is possible since we are not an ordinary IT company and we have our own, rich experience in software development. We are not afraid of taking the reponsiblity for the quality of the work of our specialists. We have both an appropriate infrastructure which guarantees safe cooperation and the necessary experience.
